Sebastian's tail been spilting and I have no idea why. Theres no fungus on his tail, nothing on him. He eats everytime I feed him. He loves his plant. I made sure theres no sharp edges on it.

It looks like it might be natural. If he's still acting normal and eating he should be fine. However it could be a condition called 'fin loss' which will fix itself if you keep the water clean. Also, I would recomend changing any plants in the tank to either real or silk. Betta fins are very delicate and can tear easily. I hope I can help ^-^
